Prototype Development

Our prototype development team uses state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, high precision sheet metal fabrication technology, and rapid plastic prototyping processes to manufacture design models and working prototypes of the highest caliber and quality.

To provide our customers with the best service possible, and to meet the most demanding schedules and specifications, IDE has added 3D Digital Manufacturing to the technologies we have available, allowing our design team to iterate, refine and validate designs within a few days.

Many of our clients, including Philips, Anritsu and Ventana Medical, have introduced or field-tested new products using production intent prototypes manufactured by IDE.
